We are member of the International Code Council and a registered Master Builder with Masters Builders Association (NSW) and we place signifi¬cant emphasis upon conducting our business in a professional manner we are able to provide you with a Master Build Guarantee through Master Build Services Limited.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We are committed to achieving the highest health and safety standards in line with new OWH. Health and safety is of paramount importance to us and we promote the OWH protocols and insist that all sub-contractors undertake the training and induction Hazard. A site-specific health and safety plan will be developed for each project.

The purpose of this policy is to develop a high standard of safety throughout all operations of Elrob Construction Group to ensure that no employee is required to work under any conditions that are hazardous or unsanitary. We believe that each employee has the right to derive personal satisfaction from his/her job and the prevention of occupational injury or illness is of such consequence to this belief that it will be given top priority at all times.

ENVIRONMENT

Elrob Construction Group is very conscious of its environmental responsibility and where possible we will use environmentally friendly products and services. We pride our self on maintaining a clean and tidy work site to minimize the impact on neighbors and the general public.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

The strong ¬financial, organisation and communications skills of our ¬financial management team allow the contract administration to wow effectively, which enables efficiencies to meet project deadlines.

QUALITY CONTROL

Elrob Construction Group is committed to meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations in all aspects of its ongoing operation, including quality workmanship, on time delivery, professional service, and management. All employees and all consultants are charged with, and are expected to commit to this overall policy. Policies, processes, and procedures have been adopted by Elrob Construction Group to implement this plan. All employees and consultants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times in their ongoing dealings with the public and with the prospective and actual clients of Elrob Construction Group. Any activities not in accordance with the quality system are to be reported to the Managing Director. The safety statement has been developed by Management to demonstrate the full commitment from the company to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of all persons on the job site and in employ of the company. The company commits to providing a quality product safely. We have notified our clients, our associates, our subcontractors, and regulatory agencies of our commitment to a safe and accident¬ free jobsite.

All employees are responsible for carrying out their day-­to-day duties in accordance with the requirements of the Elrob Construction Group quality system. The Managing Director is responsible for the ongoing operations of the quality system. A number of processes are employed to ensure a certain level of quality is maintained throughout the project. Our quality control systems ensure our processes meet specifi¬c requirements and are dependable and satisfactory.

RECORD KEEPING

Elrob Construction Group keeps quality and safety records for a period of at least 10 years in a safe location and under control of the management. The quality files include:

  • Contract Checklist, Inspections, materials delivered on a daily basis, materials quality inspection, visitors to site, items requiring special attention, verbal instruction and person authorising, information requested including date, minutes of conversations with consultants and project management, important phone calls, Staff and subcontractor warnings, weather conditions, subcontractors and staff on site, stoppages and site shutdowns.

  • Safety Records to be maintained as a part of our company safety program include:
    • Record of safety training
    • Minutes of toolbox talks
    • Records of job site safety inspections
    • Record of Trade Contractor Safety Plans
    • Inventory records of personal protective equipment and first aid equipment at each construction office
    • Records of work related injuries and illnesses, OSH register

CODES, STANDARDS, AND REGULATIONS

All work done by Elrob Construction Group will meet or exceed all applicable building codes and other local council requirements. All engineer and design architects’ plans and specifications are in accordance with all codes and regulations. All plant and equipment is to be regularly checked and in good working order to prevent danger to employees, subcontractors, and neighbours.
